Establishing Dropshipping Account
Note: WFS REGULAR CUSTOMERS NEED TO APPLY IF INTERESTED.
- Interested party (Customer) shall submit application for drop ship.
- An Email will be sent if the application is approved or not.
- Once approved, customer can place the order on our website.

Payment for Products:
- Customer with an active dropshipping account will have access to all bundled and listed (per piece) items from the drop ship category.
- One order/invoice per customer.
Processing of Orders:
- Orders has to be paid online or may call customer service to process the order.
- For credit card payment, only credit card on file ( credit card authorization) shall be used for payment, otherwise you have to fill out another credit card authorization if a different credit card will be used.
- Orders will be processed as received. Please follow cut - off time as specified.
- Cut - Off time:
- On or before 10:00 am Pacific Std Time (PST) - will be processed and shipped same day
- After 10:00 am PST = will be processed the next business day.
- No processing of orders on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
- WHITE LABELED - No WFS invoice will be included on shipment. Customer may or may not provide their invoice for the shipment.
- Bundle/s PER ORDER:
- FREE FedEx Ground Shipping on orders with $200 or more.
- FedEx Ground Flat Rate of $9.95 on orders with LESS THAN $200
- Upgraded shipping, FedEx standard rates will apply.
- Per Piece PER ORDER:
- FedEx 2nd Day Flat Rate of $7.95 only.
- SHIP TO Address:
- Make sure shipping address is correct. There will be $25 fee for any address change request while order is in transit.
- Customer has to follow a three (3) day return policy from which the order was received.
- Customer may return an item that is undamaged, unused and complete bundle.
- For damaged items/pieces:
- Customer has to provide photos of damaged pieces within the period of the return policy.

- No. WFS will blind ship directly to your customers without providing any wholesale fashion square information. As a business owner, you will run your store and deal with your own customers.
- How do we get product information:
- Feel free to copy paste photos and product details that we have on the website.
- How do we keep track of inventory?
- For as long as you see the items on the website, it is available.
- Are all WFS products available for dropshipping?
- For bundled dropshipping needs, our entire website is available.

- Will current discount codes still be valid for drop ship registered customers?
- Is there an extra cost or membership fee to become a drop ship customer?
- There is NO membership fee. You have to fill out the application form and submit the requirements as specified on the application form.
- What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
- There is no required MOQ. Whatever the quantity or amount you can purchase is acceptable.
- Can we provide the customer invoice for the shipment?
- Yes, you may provide an invoice. Just send an email and provide the following info:

- What if there is an out of stock item in the order? Do you notify the customer prior drop shipping order?
- Yes, we will notify the customer for any out of stock items.
- What is the timeline for processing and shipping the order?
- Please check the cut-off time as specified on our website and Terms and Conditions. We will notify the customer if there will be a delay on shipment for any reason.
